We invite you to attend our “How to” webinars which will run from August 10 to 21, from 5 pm to 6 pm. Kindly take note of the following schedule of sessions:

Aug 10
Topic 1: Setting up the “ideal” study area at home
Topic 2: How to use Gmail (signing up for an account, sending emails, attaching files, managing downloads, managing files in google drive)

Aug 12 – How to use Google Classroom (checking on upcoming requirements, answering and submitting homework, looking at grades and feedback, interacting with the teacher and with classmates)

Aug 14 – How to use Zoom and Google Meet (signing up for a free account, setting up a meeting, sending and accepting invites, managing your microphone and camera, screen sharing)

Aug 17 – Ways to answer and send homework online (editing files directly with Adobe Acrobat, scanning with a camera-phone, using a flatbed scanner, using Google Docs, Slides, Sheets)

Aug 19 – How to use Google Docs (opening a file, sharing files, viewer vs commenter vs editor privileges, basic word processing skills)

Aug 21 – How to use Google Slides (opening a file, sharing files, viewer vs commenter vs editor privileges, basic spreadsheet skills)

Please take note that these “How to” webinars are open (and free) to our parents enrolled for HEDCen School Year 2020-2021.
